Need help with your visit to the islands?
Get in touch
Email support@uptochange.com.
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, and what happened. If a particular archipelago is involved, include its world code. A screenshot can help too.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, and other sensitive information.
Which devices can play?
Eye the Isles requires iOS 18 or later and an iPhone with hardware ray tracing that meets Apple’s performance gaming tier. This includes iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max; check the App Store’s compatibility section for your particular model. The game plays in portrait orientation.
For the full soundscape, we recommend headphones.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Exploring, saving, and generating new worlds all work on your phone without an internet connection. Visiting this website, contacting support, and using some sharing destinations need a connection.
How do I get started?
Choose How to explore on the title screen for the movement guide. While exploring, use the upper part of the screen to look and the lower part to move. Walk lands you on nearby town lanes; Fly takes you back up.
Open the Journal for invitations and the field guide. Choose something that interests you, read its hint, and follow what you can see and hear. When a moment is ready to remember, you decide whether to keep it.
What does Wait do?
Wait lets the world’s clock run faster. It ends when something relevant begins, at a change in the day, or when you move. Missing an event does not mean losing it forever: ordinary rhythms and story opportunities return.
Where is my progress saved?
Your worlds, journal, photographs, field guide, map, and settings are stored locally in the app. The game saves during play and when you leave; Settings → Return to title saves the current visit too. Choose Continue exploring to return.
App data may be included in your iCloud or computer device backups, depending on your Apple backup settings. Eye the Isles has no account-based cloud sync. Before deleting the app while troubleshooting, contact support: removing it also removes its local progress.
Does a world code include my journal?
No. A world code identifies an archipelago to generate. Sharing a code lets someone explore that world, with their own progress and memories. Your journal and map are not included.
I have a technical problem
Return to the title and reopen your visit if possible. If the problem continues, email us with the steps that led to it and any message shown. Keep the app installed so its saved data remains available.
